Quality Control Process
When you buy from AZAL LLC, you know exactly what you are getting, regardless of which stock you select. Our units undergo a strict grading and quality control process following industry standard guidelines, including diagnostic testing through certified PhoneCheck where applicable. A+ Grade, A Grade, and AB Grade units may have up to 2% cosmetic variation. B Grade units may have up to 5% cosmetic variation. Minor issues up to 3%, excluding key functions, may be acceptable for wholesale buyers depending on the agreed lot condition.
Brand New
Devices are brand new and sealed in the original box. Accessories are in original plastic, devices have never been used, pass functionality tests, are ready for activation, and have no iCloud lock.
A+ Grade
Used devices that look like brand new with no flaws or imperfections on the screen or housing.

- No cracks or bad LCDs
- No ID lock
- No scratches on screen or housing
- LCD has no spots or light marks
A Grade
Used devices in excellent condition with minimal imperfections on the screen or housing.
- Fully tested and fully functional
- No cracks or bad LCDs
- No ID lock
- No more than four light scratches on screen and housing combined
- No dings or scuffs on housing
- LCD has no spots or light marks
B Grade
Used devices in fair condition with heavier signs of use.
- Fully tested and fully functional
- No cracks or bad LCDs
- No ID lock
- May have numerous heavy scratches on screen and housing
- May have dings or scuffs on housing
- May have a bend depending on lot condition
C Grade
Used devices with regular to heavy signs of use. Devices may have multiple scratches and possible dents on the housing. Devices do not have cracked front glass, pass functionality tests, are ready for activation, and have no iCloud lock.
PGL – Power Up / Good LCD
Devices power up and have a good LCD and digitizer but are not fully functional. Issues may include buttons, speakers, or other parts. Units are mixed and not cosmetically graded. Device activation is not guaranteed. Devices are restored and have no iCloud lock.
